I had to reach out to them. My order was placed on the 2nd of this month. I checked Ups and the website stated the package was lost. When I called UPS, they stated a label had been generated, but they never actually took possession of the package and to reach out to the company. I reached out and they literally tried to show me that the package was lost. As If I hadn't spoken directly to UPS who told me they never got it. After letting them know I'd notify paypal... the person decided they'd send me a replacement... It's not a REPLACEMENT... it's the original package.
I shouldn't have had to go through any of this. They should've been the one's reaching out to me regarding the delay, along with the option of a refund if I didn't wanna wait. After this, I will not be doing business with them any further.
Saddest part, I have purchased other vitamin machines from them in the past, and recommended them to other parents such as myself who have children with special needs... it's safe to say, I am no longer a fan, an I will NOT be doing business with them again.

The product works ok, but al the parts came printed in black and blue, very difficult to distinguish one from other, and what was soposed to be the label very difficult to read.
Suggestions: Better identification for parts, need a case to put all the parts together, after assembly and installing the handle, it wont fit back in the box.
