Bottle Packaging Line
Plan a bottle packaging line for supplements and dry products — from bottle feeding and counting through capping, induction sealing, labeling, and inspection. Leadlife helps production teams configure the right workflow for their product type, bottle format, target output, space, and budget, with U.S. showroom and support access in Ontario, California.
Teams arrive here for different reasons — some are costing out complete bottling line equipment for a new facility, some are adding one stage to a line that already runs, and some are replacing a manual bench process with an automated bottling line. The stages below can be quoted individually or brought together as one coordinated bottle packing line.

Bottle Packaging Line Stages
Every stage of a bottle packaging line — specify as individual machines or as a complete, coordinated line.

Metal Detector
Inkjet Printer
Buyer Decision Factors
Eight factors shape which machines — and which line layout — fit your production.
| Factor | What It Decides |
|---|---|
| Bottle size & shape | Determines feeding, change parts, and label handling. |
| Product type | Powders, liquids, and solid-dose products each favor different filling and counting stages. |
| Target throughput | Bottles per minute sets machine class and automation level; real-world output depends on product, configuration, setup, and operating conditions. |
| Cap style | Screw, press-on, or child-resistant closures determine the capping approach. |
| Label type | Wrap-around vs. front/back vs. shaped-bottle labeling. |
| Space & utilities | Line footprint, conveyor runs, and power requirements shape the layout. |
| Inspection requirements | Checkweighing, metal detection, and coding depending on your quality process. |
| Budget & timeline | Lines can start lean and add stages as volume grows. |
Sizing a Bottling Line by Bottles per Minute
Line capacity is set by your target bottles per minute (BPM) and count per bottle. The counter sets the pace — electronic counters are configured with more or fewer channels (commonly 12–60) — and capping, sealing, and labeling are matched so no stage becomes the bottleneck. Lines can start at a lower BPM and add channels or modules as volume grows.
Tell us your target BPM, count per bottle, and bottle size (typically 30–300 cc), and we size each stage to it. See the automatic capsule & tablet bottling line for a complete counting-to-labeling configuration.
Built For
From Capsule Filling to Finished Bottles
Leadlife can help configure the full capsule workflow: automatic capsule filling → capsule polishing → electronic counting → desiccant insertion → capping → induction sealing → labeling and coding → inspection.
One supplier coordinating machine selection and layout keeps each stage matched to the same output target.

How Line Configuration Works
- Requirements — product type, bottle format, count per bottle, cap and label type, target BPM, floor space, and utilities.
- Line proposal — recommended stages and machines, quoted individually or as one coordinated line.
- Written quotation — each stage, integration, installation, and service scope is stated in writing. Not every stage or service is included by default; your quotation lists exactly what is.
- Start-up — remote installation guidance and operator training; on-site commissioning by appointment, quoted separately.
Line Planning Questions
What production teams usually ask before specifying a bottle packaging line.
What does a complete bottle packaging line include?
Most lines follow the same order: bottle feeding, counting or filling, desiccant or cotton insertion where the product calls for it, capping, induction sealing, labeling, and inspection such as checkweighing or metal detection. Which stages you actually need depends on your product and your quality process — not every line runs every stage.
Can a line start with a few stages and grow later?
Stages can be specified individually and added as volume grows. Planning the layout and conveyor runs early tends to make later additions easier, which is why floor space and utilities are worth discussing before the first machine is chosen.
What information is needed to quote a bottling line?
Product type, bottle size and shape, cap style, label type, target count or fill per bottle, and the output you are aiming for. Available floor space and power affect the layout as well. Send whatever you have and our team will work through the rest with you.
How many bottles per minute can a Leadlife bottling line run?
Capacity is configured to your target BPM and count per bottle; counter channels and downstream stages are sized to match. Share your target and we size the line.
Can Leadlife supply both the capsule filler and the bottling line?
Yes. Capsule filling, polishing, counting, capping, sealing, and labeling can be planned and quoted as one coordinated line.
Tell us your product type, bottle format, target count or fill per bottle, and desired output. Our team will help you specify individual machines or a complete line matched to your production, depending on product and configuration.
