1 · Filling
- Fills bottles with liquid or dry product, depending on your dosage form.
- Configured around product form, container and target output — the details you share on the quote form.
- Feeds directly into counting or capping on the same conveyed line.
2 · Counting
- Electronic counting of capsules, tablets and softgels into each bottle.
- Used instead of volumetric filling for solid-dose products.
- Hands off to capping without manual transfer.
3 · Capping
- Applies and tightens closures — screw, spindle and inline formats.
- Closure type and bottle neck finish determine the capping configuration.
- Runs inline between filling or counting and sealing.
4 · Sealing
- Induction sealing applies a tamper-evident foil seal to the bottle mouth.
- Used where a visible tamper indicator is required for the finished product.
- Sits after capping and before labeling.
5 · Labeling
- Applies wrap-around and pressure-sensitive labels to filled, sealed bottles.
- Container shape and label format determine the labeling configuration.
- Positioned after sealing, ahead of inspection.
6 · Inspection
- Checkweighing and metal detection screen bottles before they are packed.
- Placed at the end of the line so rejects are removed before despatch.

7 · Conveying
- Stainless conveying links each stage into one continuous line.
- Layout is set by your available floor space and the stages you run.
