A typical packaging line moves through: Filling → Capping → Induction Sealing → Labeling → Wrapping / Shrink Wrapping → Unscrambling / Accumulation. VFFS combines the Filling and Sealing stages into one continuous cycle — forming, filling, and sealing a bag in a single pass from roll-stock film.

VFFS fits high-volume powder runs where a lower cost per bag matters — it forms bags from roll-stock film, which is typically faster and more material-efficient than filling premade pouches. Premade pouch machines are better suited when premium, resealable retail presentation is the priority.

What bag sizes and styles can it produce?

Within its format range it produces pillow, gusseted, and (as an option) flat-bottom bags, with bag width and length adjustable through tooling and film settings.

How is fill weight controlled?

A servo-driven auger filler doses powder by volume. Fill weight and accuracy are confirmed during commissioning against your specific product.
